AI & Automation Engineer
Design, build, and own end-to-end automation and AI solutions across RPA platforms, custom code, and cloud-native AI - working vendor-agnostic to match the right technique to each business challenge.
About the role
As an Automation & AI Engineer, you'll work end-to-end on complex problems. You'll recommend the right approach - RPA, AI, process mining, or a combination - tailored to each business challenge. You will collaborate closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders who manage discovery and requirements gathering, ensuring that solutions align with real business needs. We are vendor-agnostic: it's the technique and architecture that matter, not the brand of tool.
Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in development
- Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, C#, Java, or similar languages
- Experience with leading RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate)
- Hands-on experience applying AI in automation scenarios
- Solid understanding of APIs, REST/JSON, and integration patterns
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Professional English communication skills (spoken and written)
